That's why I approach every property with intention. Every photograph, every drone image, every video, and every floor plan is created with purpose. Not simply to document a home, but to present it in a way that serves both the current listing and your long-term reputation.
I'm Charlie Oglesby, owner of East Hawaii Creative.
As a lifelong pilot and FAA-certified drone pilot, I've always enjoyed seeing things from a different perspective. Today, I bring that same mindset to real estate media, combining thoughtful composition, technical precision, and dependable service to help East Hawaii agents present every listing at its best.
My goal isn't to create the flashiest media.
It's to create media that reflects the quality of the agent behind it.
Because every listing says something about the professional whose name is on the sign.
